Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your retreat experience with Soleya Retreats. By submitting your reservation deposit, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined below.
We’re a small, heart-led retreat business, putting great care, time, and love into curating meaningful experiences. We thank you for understanding that we are unable to offer refunds on reservation deposits, as these go directly toward non-refundable costs needed to secure your place.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all retreats, workshops, events, and offerings facilitated by Soleya Retreats, founded by Elisa Kleinbichler and Pauline Münchenberg, regardless of location, time, or format. Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, these terms govern all interactions and bookings with Soleya.
Reservations can be made via email, or booking form. Please note that your spot is only secured once the reservation deposit has been received.
You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your deposit—this acts as your official booking confirmation and agreement with Soleya.
A non-refundable reservation deposit of €500 is required to confirm your place. Your booking is only valid once this deposit has been received and confirmed by us via email.
Travel and health insurance are not included in the retreat price. We strongly recommend purchasing international travel insurance, including coverage for Covid-related issues and trip cancellations.
It is your responsibility to have appropriate health insurance for the country where the retreat is held and to check visa requirements and travel restrictions in advance. The traveler is responsible for obtaining or carrying the necessary travel documents and must himself/herself ensure that passport or identity card has sufficient validity for the trip.
You are responsible for any damage caused to retreat property and are liable for your own belongings.
All activities, classes, and workshops are joined at your own risk. Please listen to your body and know your limits. Soleya is not liable for injuries, accidents, emotional challenges, or lost personal items during or after the retreat.
We do not guarantee healing outcomes of any kind and are not responsible for pre-existing or developing mental or physical conditions.
We care deeply about your wellbeing. Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary needs before booking so we can support you as best as we can.
In case of illness or injury during the retreat, please notify us immediately.
We are not liable for any Covid infections that occur before, during, or after the retreat.
To create a nourishing, connected space, we encourage minimal phone use. Phones are not allowed in the yoga shala or during practices, workshops, or ceremonies.
Respect others’ privacy—please don’t photograph or film fellow participants without their explicit consent.
We aim to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Please treat everyone involved—team and participants—with kindness, presence, and care.
Soleya Retreats reserves the right to take photographs and video recordings during the retreat for the purpose of documenting the experience and using selected materials for promotional purposes. This may include sharing on our website, social media, and other marketing channels to give an authentic impression of our offerings.
By participating in a Soleya retreat, you give your consent to be photographed and/or recorded. If you do not wish to appear in any such material, you may revoke your consent at the retreat prior to any photos or recordings being made. Please communicate this clearly to us on-site, and we will respect your wishes.
By booking a retreat or service with Soleya, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
We do not guarantee outcomes related to healing or transformation and are not responsible for the treatment of mental health conditions. If you are currently experiencing acute psychological or physical conditions, we recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare provider before participating.
Should any individual provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The ineffective clause shall be replaced with one that comes closest in legal and economic terms to the original intention.
