Where Africa’s wild heart meets soulful luxury
Our adventure begins at the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Here, where the mighty Zambezi River plunges into mist and thunder, we’ll gather for our first moments of connection — grounding ourselves in the raw power and beauty of nature before journeying onward into the wilderness.
Our home for the week will be Munga Plains, a luxury eco-camp nestled on the edge of Chobe National Park in northern Botswana. Surrounded by vast floodplains, roaming elephants, and endless skies, this sanctuary blends refined comfort with untamed nature. Elegant glamping tents, a serene yoga deck overlooking the savannah, a refreshing pool, and beautifully designed lounge areas create a harmonious space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
From sunrise yoga on the plains to sunset safaris, fireside conversations, and stargazing under the African night sky — every moment at Munga Plains invites you to move with the rhythm of the land. Here, the wilderness becomes your teacher, guiding you home to your wild essence and the radiant life force within.

The easiest way to the retreat location is by flying directly to Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA) in Zimbabwe. Several airlines, including Ethiopian Airlines, offer daily connections from many major European cities. Once you arrive, all onward transportation is fully taken care of — allowing you to simply relax and enjoy the beginning of your Wild Soul adventure.
Most travellers from the EU, UK, Switzerland, and the USA can enter Botswana visa-free for up to 90 days, and can obtain a tourist visa for Zimbabwe easily upon arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport or online in advance. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your stay and has blank pages for stamps. This information is for general guidance only — each guest is responsible for checking the latest visa requirements for their nationality before travel.
There are no mandatory vaccinations to enter Zimbabwe or Botswana, but we recommend ensuring your routine vaccines are up to date. A malaria prophylaxis is advised, as well as using insect repellent and wearing long sleeves in the evenings. Both Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park are considered safe for travellers, but you should always follow your guide’s instructions and respect local customs. Please note that this is general guidance only — we recommend checking official health and safety advice before travelling.
Late November to early December marks the start of the green season — warm, sunny days with occasional refreshing showers that bring the landscape to life. Expect daytime temperatures around 30–35°C and warm evenings around 20°C. We recommend packing light, breathable clothing, a light rain jacket, comfortable shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Don’t forget your swimsuit for a cooling dip, your yoga clothes for daily practice, and a light sweater for cooler mornings or evenings. All yoga equipment and towels will be provided for your comfort.
Please fill in our booking form. Your spot will be secured once you transferred the deposit of 700€ to our bank account. We will then send you a confirmation email with additional information. The rest of the amount is due no later than 90 days before the retreat starts (before 31. August 2026). We can also arrange payment plans if needed. If you have any questions related to booking or payment, please email us and we are happy to answer!
This retreat is open to all yoga levels, beginner and intermediate. We will always provide modifications and make sure to meet each student where they are. We will teach strong, energizing vinyasa flows in the mornings and focus on relaxation through yin yoga, or slow flows in the later sessions, combined with workshops & ceremonies. Each morning we will also practice pranayama and meditation before starting the day with asana.
Dining is a soulful part of the Wild Soul experience, blending local flavors with wholesome, fresh ingredients. We will enjoy 3 nourishing meals a day crafted with love from locally sourced ingredients. Vegan, vegetarian, and other dietary needs are thoughtfully catered for — please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them. Light snacks, tea, coffee, and fresh juices will also be available throughout the day, ensuring every meal nourishes your body and delights your senses.
